Allana Ferguson bio

Allana was first a part of Australia at Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering several knee injuries through many years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana had her first ever women's rugby union game played in New South Wales as was the main focus of the game against Queensland. Allana's career in radio has grown as she regularly appears with 2GB's Continuous Call Team, a popular show that is rated highly. Allana has also earned a teaching diploma. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos star and qualified teacher in addition to her sporting career, has represented Australia three times in the sport of touch football, as well as rugby league, and rugby sevens. Allana Ferguson soccer player for Jillaroos and a league player for Australia's Jillaroos team, was forced to come to an early conclusion to her professional life as a player after she tore her ACL on a 4th occasion. The 25-year-old had previously torn the ligament at the same knee while she was between the ages of 15 and 17 and after a fourth tear the time for Ferguson to retire was up. Ferguson, JILLAROOS' playmaker was forced to leave the team early after suffering a 4th left ACL tear. The injury was sustained in November during training, Ferguson was an icon of women's rugby league for these past few seasons, confirmed the report this week to The Courier Mail.
